Freddy sits with a broad leadership experience, from leading small organisations close to operation, leading big organisations with many people and leading high complexity business processes in a national and global perspective.
During almost 25 years in IKEA Freddy has worked within product development, production, retail and range strategy. He has hold several demanding assignments within retail, such as store- and market manager in Uppsala, Västerås and the flagship store in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm. Freddy has worked as Country Sales manager for IKEA Sweden and strategic retail platform developer in Sweden with focus on the largest market, Stockholm. He was leading the initiative in opening the successful planning studio for kitchens in central Stockholm 2017, that today is conceptualized by IKEA and implemented around the world in larger cities.
Between July 2021 and August 2023 Freddy was working in Inter IKEA Systems as responsible for strategic range framework conceptualisation, supporting the IKEA franchisees to offer an even more relevant and consumer centric range in all countries and in all markets.
A short period autumn 2023, Freddy worked as Sales Manager at the company Hasta Home, that offers functional and inspiring home furnishing solutions for your windows.
